Become A Film-Maker in Provence!

OPEN CALL for Short Films in Provence - to be shown on the big screen in Manosque. LA NUIT DU COURT MÉTRAGE EN HAUTE-PROVENCE - 10th edition Do you have this creative, fluttering soul inside of you that loves films? Have you been in the filming line perhaps in your "past life" pre-France but haven't been able to get back into it here in Provence due to whatever reasons? Perhaps, you can give it another go in this beautiful region! For the first time ever, this call for short films is open especially to our Expats Group! You can submit your short film proposal (via youtube, Vimeo, etc) and it could be shown in the upcoming short film festival in Manosque this summer! 🪩 Thanks to one of our new members that has joined, Cedric Gisondi !

Theme: None. Genre: fiction, non-fiction, animation, documentary or short clip that must no exceed 20 minutes (including credits). The film can be produced anywhere in the world and can be in English or another language, but MUST have French subtitles. Registration details: Free of charge. No limit for number of proposals to be submitted. Licensing: The author of each film needs to certify that he or she has the copyright of the film and its content before submission (including photo credits, music, authorisation for filming, etc) Participation Details: send your file or link to contact.courtmetrage04@gmail.com. A selection committee will select the films in June. Once selected, you will need to send a approved copy of quality film in DCP format. P.S: You can always also form a group and submit a proposal together! Where someone is the camera person, another the writer, and then ask on this group and others to find actors. Bonne chance!
